What are your Reseller backup policies?

Gesture  backs up Reseller Hosting servers weekly, and in some cases daily. In the event of a catastrophic server failure we should be able to restore your customers site to a state prior to the failure. If your customer accidentally delete their files, we can restore them for a fee (this helps defray the cost of providing continual backup services, expanding data storage costs, and backup software for our servers). While we make every effort to ensure solid backups, we do not guarantee that your data will always be recoverable. Therefore we advise that you tell your customers to ensure they have an off-site copy of their critical files at all times. Please see this KB article for more about our backup policies.
