Enter the client name for the Feedback.
Enter the email ID for the client.
Select the date of the Project/Feedback.
Select the Ratings for the Project/Feedback.
Enter the title for the Project/Feedback.
Enter the company name or website
Enter the testimoinal content.
Upload the photo of the client. Make sure the photo size doesn't exceed 200KB.
Enter the text to show you are human not a robot.
